I'm planning my "sort of" fast again today. It went so well last Thurs. and I had a good result on the scale on Monday, so I figured I'd try it again. I do get a lunch period today, but it's short. So instead of eating, I will go for a walk. (The weather has been beautiful here lately!) Then I will have my banana and peanut butter afterschool for a snack and then a healthy dinner. My calories will be under 700.
