Skipped last week but in again to make sure to stay on track, for this week, for this month, for this year, .....
Have a nice fastday and maybe an even better one tomorrow
I can't remember where I read this, but there was research done that explained how people who want to prevent all sorts of problems, such as diabetes, should eat once every 16 hours. I generally fast only once or twice a month and am wondering if I should start fasting an entire day of the week, but am not sure what the benefits would be versus just eating properly on that day.

I find that nutrition benefits don't always apply in every situation and dieting can actually lead to weight gain depending on a number of factors. I know I'm not being very specific.

I believe it was from an article on the symptoms of starvation. The fat storage becomes 'disrupted' and instead of passing through the stomach and into intestine, it stores the fat for later and when you start eating again you gain the weight back much quicker. Health is not fully grasped easily.
I'm fasting today, hopefully the first of many fasts. I need to get my weight back under control and I know this WOE works for me. .
Welcome back @SianS, good luck on your return, we know you can, so 'just do it'
