I wondered what your name was doing in here today Oatesy!
Not long now...

Returned to fasting 01\06\2020
Have returned to 5:2 (500 cals) and trying to keep below 50g carbs
Living a Vegan Lifestyle now
Current weight: 12:10
Target weight: 9.7
