I think I found an ally for my fast days. Homemade peanut butter. I was making some earlier (peanut without salt) and I needed to taste it after adding a pinch of salt and to now if the consistency was right. I took a tbsp of it so around 100 cal I think and it not only made me wait until dinner but I only had a 60 cal soup and I feel full.So even with the peanut butter earlier I didn't eat more than 200 cal today.

The good thing is, even if it is high in fat, it's high in good fat, high in fiber and proteins and low in carb.

I think I will taste it on each of my fasts for now on
@Manderley I am going to need that recipe!!
It couldn't be simpler. You take some unsalted peanuts, put them in a mixer (I have a small one very handy), and mix them until it becomes a paste. It takes a while (I mix a bit, wait for a few minutes for the oils to release themselves, and mix again) but, after a few minutes you have a paste of the perfect creamy consistency. You know it's right when you see a tiny bit of oil sweating on top (don't know how to explain it with other words). Add a pinch of salt while mixing and it's done and cost way less that what you find in stores and you are sure it's all natural.
Thanks! Can't wait to try it x
