Well, here we go again. Yoghurt and soup as usual. Nothing new really. See whether I can shed my kilos gained. Fingers crossed.
Sorry I'm a bit late with my reply @josie50, but I'm in as well for my usual day. Sure you will do alright today :victory:
Nothing really new for me as well: a standardised fasting regime is the best way (for me) to do the work. The absence of the need to think about what to eat saves valuable energy we can use to overcome the 'hot system' cravings for food with the needed will-power in our 'cool system' future oriented motivations. I am currently working on a model based on 'self-regulation' theory. :geek: Hope to present the result some time on the forum :smile:
A self-regulation model? Sounds very interesting. So far my day went well, as I said: yoghurt and a bowl of self-made lentil soup which is really nice in this weather. Had the odd craving but I was able to resist them so far. Coffee is a life saver for me.
