Nothing really new for me as well: a standardised fasting regime is the best way (for me) to do the work. The absence of the need to think about what to eat saves valuable energy we can use to overcome the 'hot system' cravings for food with the needed will-power in our 'cool system' future oriented motivations. I am currently working on a model based on 'self-regulation' theory. Hope to present the result some time on the forum
