Morning all!

Who's in today? I'm fasting post 4 days of feasting, including anniversary meal and drinks last night... TOTM too so feeling very puffy!

Hungry already but feeling strong... Big money worries at the moment too so I'm telling myself that not spending money on food is one positive!

Stirfried veggies and chicken with satay sauce for dinner tonight.

Hope everyone that's fasting has a good one!

Stay strong team!
Well, here I am doing my first ever back to back. Not sure what I'm doing for the rest of the week and thought I'd get it done while I could. Don't want to miss a fast.
Good work @Chook.

I have done back to back before and I do find it a little more difficult, but it's definitely doable and I found I lost more those weeks.

I'm the same, don't want to miss my 2 days a week because I think that'd just make it a lot easier to keep 'missing' days. I keep thinking to myself, surely I can cope with 2 days a week of fasting!?

At least we're in it together today
Have a good one kelkel and all the Terrific Tuesday fast and repairers! X :like:

Exactly! So far I'm a lot less hungry than I would be if if it wasn't a fast day and I'd had breakfast. Yay!
I can't remember the last time I fasted on a Tuesday, but here I am. It's about 330pm in Japan. I'm in the home stretch...
Hi all
Like Chook I am doing my first every back to back fast as I have a course to go on for the rest of the week. Yesterday was fine and woke up this morning feeling good. Planing prawn stir fry for tea and maybe some berries and natural yogurt for afters, Good luck every one.
I'm in today too. Cooking Chilli for my chaps for tonight, not sure what I fancy, I'll have a rummage in the freezer later :clover:
Hi All
I am in for a Fast today, busy day at work then an early evening session at the gym then home possible for a cup a soup or a mug shot and a banana before bed. :crossed:

Good Luck all this cold, wet and windy day.
Good morning all :) I'm in today too. Hope we all have a good one.
Bean
I'm in today. The day has just barely started and I'm already feeling hungry. Some fast days are easy than others. This is not one of them I fear.
Good luck with you all and hang on in there!
I've just finished my Fast Day and definitely the most successful to date! The closest I've got to 500 calories yet! I know I should probably be aiming for less than 500 but I'm still working towards that goal.

Woohoo :victory:
Well, my first back to back was eminently successful. It was far easier than I'd thought. The only thing that would stop me doing it again is that now I have five, count'em, five eating days stretched out in front of me. I could easily run amok!
