Well, the lone faster fasts again. Anyone else in today? Anyway, all the best
No @josie50, you're not alone. Many fasters will be joining you today all over the world, the thing is, they are not on the forum
I am, and I'm in today as well. Tuesday is my regular fastday, so you can mostly count me in on a Tuesday, just not always on the forum. Need a fast every week currently (had a long spell with only occasional fasting to stay on track in maintenance).
Hope you and all the other lurkers have a nice fastday
