All I've had so far is a cup of tea. I'm meeting a friend this arvo for coffee but NO cake. Cake tomorrow.
Hoping to get a run in tonight, I've only recently started exercising on fast days, it seems to suit me so far, though I've been taking a couple of gels in my pocket just in case - haven't needed anything so far, and it has seemed to stave off the hunger in the evening, weirdly.
It seems like there's a lot more fasting on a Monday, not many of us in on a Tuesday; I feel more motivated on Tuesdays, so happy to delay for a day after the weekend.

I had a 5 mile walk this morning and my Fitbit tells me I have used 1659 calories so far today. I caved in and had a hard boiled egg and some cherry tomatoes at lunchtime, and the roasting chicken is staring to smell very good indeed.
