Oops, perhaps a little late, but I'm in today heading the regular Tuesday section. Anyone else? Anything interesting to bring to the table? Not really, as my secret to fasting is to use a routine in the best sense of the word: very light breakfast, one sandwich for lunch and just a small portion of whatever comes to the table for dinner. Perhaps a bit dull, but very easy indeed and it does work :grin:

Hope the day went well! I used a similar fastday strategy for many months when I first started 5:2, and it certainly worked well for me. I moved to the "all cals in one meal" alternative when reading of this option on the forum. I wonder if I should try the 3 small meals strategy again? Given I am finding fast days almost impossible to stick to...
Hi @Sassy1, well, nothing wrong with giving it a try for a couple of times.
