I'm in today my first fast in a very long time, so let's see how it goes. I have about 17lbs to lose this time , so it'll be Tuesdays and Thursdays from now on. Anyone else in today?
Hi @SianS I'm here today keeping you company and wish you a very good re-start! I'm trying to put brakes on to get back to where I was at the start of summer and not lose sights of increased energy and feeling better. Would love to lose 10 lbs. Weight is beginning to turn downwards and already feeling those changes. It does work, with patience and regularity.
Hang on there fasters! :clover:
I'm in today for the first time for a while. @SianS I now have a fitbit, and have been entering my calories since last week. Seems to be helpful, as I'm finding I sometimes would rather not eat extra snacks rather than have to log them. My sleep pattern isn't great though.

Good luck to all :clover:
I'm also fasting today so our merry band of Tuesday fasters is adding members along the way! Yesterday I intended to eat a quarter portion of home made plum with crumble topping (oats, brown sugar, sliced almonds, butter & flour) with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream but it was so delicious I had seconds, so today is payback day :frown: Just had chicken and salad for lunch and that's me finished until tomorrow - kitchen is out of bounds for the rest of the day! Let's keep motivated :high5:
Oh @galexlinda how could anyone resist seconds when theres a crumble in town?!! At least you can fast and repair!
Good luck everyone fasting today. Not that many of you but you all sound determined!
Bean xx
Well that wasn't too bad, dinner eaten with a bedtime hot choc to look forward to.
@Egduf you're right, logging calories does make you aware of those snacks.
Good luck everyone still Fasting :clover:
