Fasting today, Tuesday 14 June
14 Jun 2016, 00:03
Good morning Tuesday fasters and thank you for having me today. I swapped my days this week as it was a public holiday here in Sydney. Had a cup of tea with a splash of soy milk first thing and will just have water and herbal tea until around 5 when an apple will get me home and through my aqua aerobics class this evening. Mushroom san choi bau for dinner - looking forward to it already! A walk around at lunchtime will distract me from the lunch room and the lunchtime hungries.

Happy Tuesday fasting everyone - how will you be spending your day?
I should fast today as I ate a LOT over the weekend but I was hungry after the gym and made a nice bowl of porridge. I made mussaman beef yesterday, to have for dinner tonight, and only the tiniest of bowls would push me over 500 calories so I'm not going to bother. I'll skip lunch today except for my handful of almonds/pecans. My usual fast will be on Thursday. Good luck everyone.
In today as well on a regular schedule: very light breakfast, work, one slice of bread for lunch, some more work, light and small dinner, watching some Eurocup football. Just a 'regular day at the office'. Sounds a bit boring perhaps, but you don't have to do a lot of thinking about it, and it works!!
Hi everyone and thank you @Pilchards for getting us going. You are always so inspiring.
I am in today after our long weekend. Some miso soup at lunch time, and I have just had my light dinner of veggie "schnitzel", mushrooms and broccoli. Some Greek yogurt to finish it off.
Good luck to all the Tuesday fasters. :clover:
How nice that I am not on my own. Pity I do not live in Melbourne, as does MeryMelb, It is only just gone noon here.
I will have a bit of milk with my afternoon tea at 3, after our afternoon walk. Then we'll probably watch TV - a good distraction - until suppertime. I bought a sausage soup from the shop, because it had calculated calories on it - 240. I think I'll have some bread and cheese with the soup.
Yippee. I am actually losing weight now on this ADF regime. I know I started very high of over 60 kg. This am I weighed 58.5 kg. I've been doing 5:2 for weeks now and my weight was first stuck at 58.9 and then 59.1.
So I am glad this change worked! Phew  . I call this fortnight my 'boot camp'. But today's fasting is really easy. Maybe I am getting used to it. I hope it is going OK for those of you who still have fasting to do today :clover: .
I'm fasting today, much needed after a very indulgent carby weekend. Salad with a tiny bit of left over smoked salmon for lunch then salad with a bigger bit of left over chicken for dinner. :clover:
Hi everyone, like Pillchard I fasted today instead of yesturday because of a public Holliday, I went off the rails last week eating to many carbs, not eating enough on my eating days so tended to lash out BUT back on track now. Tonight's dinner was chicken cups and a fennel and orange salad YUM
All the best everyone
Dinner eaten and I feel pleasantly full. I haven't counted calories but I think I'm round about 500 cals. I'm not sure I'll get another fast day in this week, and certainly not next week , but I'm glad I fasted today.
Good luck to all those still fasting :clover:
Hi everyone another good day for us Tuesday Terrifics!
