My first ever fast on a Tuesday. I was thinking about skipping one fast this week, despite being a member of the Christmas Challenge 2016, but then I got on the scales and shock, horror, about 1.5kg heavier than last Friday's weigh-in. So here I am. No idea what I'm going to cook for dinner tonight but I'll do the shopping at lunchtime. While everyone eats, I shop and think about food and somehow feel stronger for not eating lunch. Anyone else has the same feeling? Anyone else joining me fasting today?

Guilt- free bulletproof coffee this morning and otherwise liquids till this evening. Looking forward to prawns and veges. Extending the fast into tomorrow. I've read Jason Fung's new book which gives clear insights into fasting benefits. It has already helped with weight loss which is the visible part of the health changes
