Just me at the moment? I was supposed to fast yesterday but I had an interview so found it safer to leave it until today.
Good Luck
I was supposed to fast yesterday, too. Boy do I need this fast today! Good luck everyone!
How did you go with the interview Deb?
No fast for me today as I fasted yesterday and I'm so excited about my lunch :D
Good luck everyone, I'll be in on Thursday.
Nice, what are you having for lunch Lil?
I had a hugeeee sandwich with smoked ham, cheese and avocado on soy and linseed bread and it was delish. Also had an Italian cake which tasted like tiramisu. Unlike me to go for something sweet but it was very yummy :)
Don't torture me!! Watching my hubby eating cheese and balsamic onion, and the dog chewing a bone. Not sure which one of them to fight first!
I'm in as well today- I couldn't do yesterday as I was arriving back from Phuket. Hi fasting friends. I had an amazingly relaxing time and its good to be home. Homemade soup for dinner. Hope its an easy one for you all. :-)
Hi all,
Welcome back Julianna, glad your trip went well.
Seems there are lots of we Monday people doing Tuesday this week.

My tummy is rumbling away.Although I went out to dinner last night it was a finger food thing and I couldn't bring myself to eat much of the very high cal looking fare, and when I got home I just had an apple.I did have 2 glasses of wine! So I'm hungrier than usual today.
I was shopping this morning and succumbed to a larger than I expected fresh juice of ginger, carrot, celery, beetroot and half an apple. It was yum- I guess about 80 cals?
Dinner will be Green Papaya Salad followed by a bowl of strawberries and melon.
Roll on 6pm. :starving:
Sounds delish gigi! I would prob estimate a bit more than 80 cals though because an apple alone is 80 (according to MyFitnessPal anyway :s) Anyway it's all good stuff and that's the main thing!!
Today is my third fast and I'm going to make soup for the first time.

Happy fasting everyone.
Good morning! Another usual Monday faster here. I had a meeting that I knew would involve sandwiches, chips and alcohol yesterday so postponed to my quiet Tuesday. The cold rainy weather here meant my willpower couldn't face sniffing chips for two hours!!
So a tad hungry here at 7am in dark rainy Yorkshire but have good intentions and feel positive so I am in!
:clover:
I'm a Tuesday faster and I'm in today. It may be the only proper fast I manage this week so I want to make it a good one.
At least I have learnt that I can maintain on 6:1, but I still have the last 5 lbs to lose to hit my revised target of 9 1/2 stone, so I do need to get in a few weeks of 5:2 to get me there (or seriously tone down my wey-hey weekend eating, which seems a less attractive option)

Happy Fasting :clover:
Another Tuesday regular in today.
Fasted on Sunday - there wasn't a thread!!!!!
Good luck everyone
:clover:
I'm in. I was supposed to fast yesterday but had a fail. Trying today instead, even though I've now developed a cold. Fingers crossed!
