Wow, where is everyone :?:
I swapped my normal Monday fast to Tuesday ...... it's 10.30am and I'm feeling good. It's turned quite autumnal over the last few days, so I have filled my fridge with veggies .... and shall cook a hearty veg casserole or soup this eve. YUM. :wink:

Have a great day and i hope you get some fasting friends alongside you ..but if not,
remember lotsa peeps wont be eating til tonight even if not fasting as such ( those doing windows) x

Hello! I swapped my usual Monday fast too, so here I am today instead. Feeling quite cold today so really looking forward to my bowl of soup for lunch. Last week's weigh-in failed to produce a loss (mind you no gain either, so not a disaster!) so I'm hoping for a good fasting day today to help stay motivated.

Yes I am here too, tanked up with coffee plus sugar-free almond milk frothed up. Planning to be very good, celeriac topped light cottage pie from freezer tonight.....one of the fast day diet recipes. Late logging in: so much to do this morning.

Hi everyone, this is my second week back fasting after a long summer break where I was trying to eat mindfully. It obviously didn't work to well as I now have 2 kg to lose to get to the top of my maintenance range, and 4 if I want to get to the bottom. I've just had some carrot sticks and hummus, I've been feeling hungry today and felt the need to have something to take me through to dinner time, which makes this a shorter fast than normal, let's hope it works anyway!

Hi Guys, I've not been around for a while but I'm doing good. Hit another goal since I was last here, -4.5 stone. Next goal is 5 stone. Had to completely overall my wardrobe including new boots, raincoat, coat, jackets! Nothing fits me! But hey that's a good thing, gone from a 28 to a 22. Things are going back into place nicely. 4 weeks ago I was really worried about two huge rolls of fat under my arms that rolled over my bra... Now that's all gone. I can a massive change all over both in and out of clothes. I've lost another 2 inches off my waist which is giving me an actual waste lol.
Sorry to put all this is the 'fasting day' thread but just a quick pop in while I'm in quick fit getting a new tire ... This one isn't on my body lol.
I now fast without a hitch, I could fast everyday, I now do 3 and sometimes actual AF.
Good luck today everyone I won't eat until 8pm tonight. X

Hi @JayGirl what a champion you are. Very well done indeed. It must have been such a pleasure gettine all those new clothes you will have to get rid of them soon. ...and don't forget to change your password now :wink:
