I'm in today. Usually Monday/Friday but on holiday this week and met with a friend yesterday for coffee and cake ( it would be rude not to.... )
Not sure when my next full day will be. Might do a couple of 16/8 instead. Not tried that before so not sure if it will work for me.
Nearly teatime so food won't be long. X
I returned yesterday from a few days away in Germany. When I weighed myself this morning I was three pounds over my goal weight, so I have been fasting today. It's been a few weeks since I needed to fast, but today went well and I resisted eating chocolate biscuits and a box of chocolates, whilst others around me were indulging. I had a pork and apple casserole for dinner at 7pm, with additional vegetables, and have just finished an apple. I think an early night is needed, probably the first time I have been in bed before midnight for years! Onwards and downwards!
