Anyone else in? There's usually not too many of us on a Tuesday, but it seems to suit me. Good luck to anyone else joining me :clover:
Good luck to all fasters from me too ! Tuesday is a good day for me, dictated by the teaching schedule. Just been to the gym again at last, after a long break. I will feel good after a fasting day and I have a busy day ahead away from food! What a relief it can be. :clover:

I've just started ADF so I'll be back on here on Thursday. I managed a good day on Sunday so let's be positive!

Tuesday faster here! I'm just getting started and this is my 2nd fast for the week. I started with a fast on Sunday. I'm not sure how it's going to go on only 500 calories since I did a strenuous boot camp workout this morning that burned over 500! We'll see. If I feel the need, I'll bump up my calories to 600 or so. Plus, it's so cold outside.....makes me want to eat! I see lots of hot green tea in my future today!

Hi everyone,
I'm in today. Usually Monday/Friday but on holiday this week and met with a friend yesterday for coffee and cake ( it would be rude not to....:) )
Not sure when my next full day will be. Might do a couple of 16/8 instead. Not tried that before so not sure if it will work for me.
Nearly teatime so food won't be long. X

I returned yesterday from a few days away in Germany. When I weighed myself this morning I was three pounds over my goal weight, :shock: so I have been fasting today. It's been a few weeks since I needed to fast, but today went well and I resisted eating chocolate biscuits and a box of chocolates, whilst others around me were indulging. :victory: I had a pork and apple casserole for dinner at 7pm, with additional vegetables, and have just finished an apple. I think an early night is needed, probably the first time I have been in bed before midnight for years! :sleepy: Onwards and downwards!
How did it go everyone? I was so busy all day that I didn't have time to think about eating! I'm going to come in under 500 no problem.
