Yesss I'm in (in the forum, finally had some trouble getting in the last days, and in for a fastday).
Hope some of you are with me and we all have a kind of fastday that we can deal with
I'm in for a light day again today. Yesterday I was successful at keeping the calories well below 1000 (My guess is about 800). Today I'm aiming for the same. Then tomorrow is a splurge day as my son wants to go out for a special treat.
Hi my two fellow fasters! Where is everyone today!
Hope yr day going well x mine is passing smoothly despite Beau eating banoffee pie in my presence  looking forward to dindins ! X
I'm in today, subbing for Monday--went to Oly office yesterday and I don't fast on those days! Just now having my pot o' green tea, Led Zep is on the radio, hey ho!
