And that's the end of a well deserved holiday (from work and fasting). Off we go for another fast to get back on track. Nice to be off duty for some time, but somewhere in the back of my mind the 'faster in me' seems to travel with me. Guess that's what it means to be a 'faster for life'. Cycling during holiday will have kept the damage done within limits, but it's better to have a fast today before I resume my official weighing for the tracker data
Hi @P-JK
I am in today too! Just finished my evening meal, and about to have some fruit and yogurt to complete the day.
Good luck to all the other Tuesday fasters.
It's just one day - we can eat it tomorrow :-)
Well said @MerryMelb - and well done to the both of you for your successful fast today!
I'm still doing 16:8 and 800 calorie/50g carbs per day. All going well so far!
Here's to you Terrific Tuesday Fasters!!
