It's been a while since I posted, but I have been mostly keeping up with 2 fasts a week. My weigh remains balanced as I still eat over my TDEE on the weekends. I need to restrain that!
On track today - it is evening here. Miso soup at lunch. and poached eggs, along with zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes cooked in a pan with just a spray of oil and a dash of chilli sauce (harrissa).
