Fasting today Tuesday 26 April
25 Apr 2016, 20:47
Good Morning from Sydney Tuesday fasters. I'm in today having swapped my days this week due to hosting an ANZAC Day barbecue yesterday. Isn't it great how flexible this WOL/WOE is? Nothing to eat til this evening when I'll have left over veggie burger and salad. It will be a busy day in the office today so a quick walk at lunchtime then aqua aerobics this evening. How will you be spending your Tuesday?
Hiiii Pilchards,i' ll be in after sleeping
Not sure yet what i' ll be up to to ...possibly going to visit a new born baby..What could be nicer!
Hope your day's going well..enjoy yr fast and repair and the lovely food at the end of it!
Good luck any other fastees xxx
In today as well to finish a full month on 6:1. Hope to see the numbers go really down again, as tomorrow will be our 'King's day', the birthday of our King, which is a national holiday. For me a day to make sure to stick to the original pledge of William of Orange, fouding father of the Dutch independent state: Je maintiendrai (I will maintain)
Hi Pilchards and all, I am fasting too today. Pilchards: I too will eat nothing until evening when I have a leftover veggie burger!!!
How weird is that! Same food. I am not really a vegetarian, we just happened to have cooked Puy lentils, and I decided to make burgers. My hubby thought they taste really nice!
I will be very interested to find out what I'll weigh tomorrow, because I have been struggling to lose any weight.
My solution has been 2 Finn Crisps - with some butter and Marmite. I mean, I've been having one for my morning coffee and one for lunch. And Voila: the weight has stayed the same. Hurrah! In Addition to those I've had my regular breakfast and supper.
Today nothing but water and tea until supper ( a bit of milk with my afternoon tea).
I'll be out of reach of WIFi for a couple of days now. Then I'll fast on Friday as well. So probably report on Saturday only.
On Saturday we'll have guests coming - not so good for weight, but it is nice to have (American) guests!
Howz yr fast going/ gone? X x
Mine slightly harder than the previous six wh were fairly smoothgoing
I put it down to buying a lovely unsliced pumpkin seed loaf yesterday and eating hunks of it
Think its true carbs leave you hungrier....deffo peckish most of today.. Plus zillions of unnneeded calories on a nonfast day not good
Schoolgirl error, wont make THAT mistake again ( it was scrumptious tho...good enough to eat without butter)

It worked!!! I lost a kilo!
I just sneaked in here to do a quick report before going away from WiFi.
:clover:
Very well done @margotsylvia! Enjoy yr time away from wifi and have a lovely time with your visitors xxx
