Fasting today Tuesday 28 August

Tuesday again and that's my regular fast day so I'm in today. Pretty sure I'm not the only one, so if you are out there fasting as well: keep up the good work, tomorrow is another day!

Hi there,

I'm in as well. My fast days are Tuesday and Friday, with sometimes a semi-fast on Sunday thrown in. Wish all the fasters the best of luck. josie
