So today it is back into the fasting routine. So many inspiring successful fasters in @Pilchards' challenge - congratulations to all of you.
Quiet day with tea and miso soup, an afternoon snack of a couple of small pickled cucumbers, then dinner with small slice of spinach lasagne with lots of brussell sprouts. I have been at the same weight for a few months, but really want to be 2kg lower - so now that the easter eggs have gone I have no excuses!
