Well here I am - fasting again!

I smashed my scales to smithereens this morning (not deliberately I might add) so I won't be able to weigh in the morning. As it stands, I am still losing 2 pounds on fast days and then gaining 2 on feast days - SO I'm going to try and stick with 800 cals and 50g carbs on feast days - and see how I go!

Anyone joining me today?

Well I guess I was alone yesterday!! (its so echoey in here!!)

It was a strange start to the day yesterday because just after I weighed myself I smashed my scales. I've never seen anything like it - it smashed into a billion pieces but held in one position! Haha! I wondered if my scales were trying to tell me something - like they were bored with going up and down at the same pace! Well they've gone and I've got some new ones on the weigh(!)

Today is a feast day but I'm going to try and keep the cals/carbs to a minimum and see if I can't get those scales down to the next stage! I've got a long way to go so need to get on with it!!

Good luck to anyone fasting today (Wed 4 April) and I hope some of you will be joining me tomorrow!

Bye for now
