I was hoping for a good full fast today but it will be a step towards doing a good one on Thursday now. A low day is ok instead to get me eased in gently. Less exercise, too much food and wine have put me into a zone I don't want to be in. Plus i have my Mediterranean summer holiday booked which is always a good incentive for me to shift some fat.

Yes, I was hoping for a proper fast day, but at about 3:30, I snapped. I ate about 6 points for a very late lunch (berries, yogurt, greens, some deli turkey and a low carb/low calorie wrap). I am confident I can keep dinner points very low to end the day with <15 points/~750 calories. Despite not being a perfect fast day, it feels like I'm easing back into my pattern of light days on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The plan for tonight is zero-point veggie soup (all fresh non-starchy veggies: onions, celery, carrot, cabbage, leek, bell pepper, garlic with broth and seasonings), some grilled chicken and I may roast an acorn squash.
