Hi all, I'm fasting today, and finding it quite difficult. I had a failed, Couch to 5K run at the gym and I think that's left me in a grumpy mood. Four hours till dinner.
Its odd because before I got up I was feeling positive about my progress in January, 6lbs lost despite my husband's extended birthday celebrations. Ho hum. :starving:
Don't beat yourself up about the C25K, maybe you just weren't ready for the next level yet. Just the fact that you went and tried is great!! I sometimes had to repeat a day when I was doing it, and the second time it would go great. I hope you can find something to do to keep your mind off it and cheer you up!
Yoohoo Sian, I’m here too, after a very looooong absence. My tummy is seriously rumbling now so I think I may go and make a cuppa. You should feel proud of how you’ve done so far this year so don’t feel downhearted. I’m impressed!
Your signature made me laugh, Golarne!
