I'm fasting today, off to the gym then a class soon. Busy busy is good on fast day :grin:

Hi All

A Tuesday and the end of January - my fast day. It is late evening here, and I have just finished a good fast day. I am posting here to remind me to stay away from the kitchen! A cup of tea and an early night should do it.

I'm also in for a fast day today. I just got my period, which is a great day for a light day because I"m never hungry on a day like today anyway.

That, and the news gives me constant nausea. So I honestly don't even have that much of an appetite anyway :frown: :curse:
And I'm in too. Second of the week. It's miserable here so making marmalade, chutney and maybe lemon curd. Nice bright sunshine in a jar
I honestly don't know how you can make those lovely things on a fast day! You're amazing
