Good Morning Fasters, I'm in today for my first fast of the week. I lost 2.6 lbs last week despite a bit of a mad weekend.
Where are all our Australian Tuesday Fasters I wonder?
It seems quiet here. I am fasting - feeling cold and miserable enough - until 15:00 when I can have a snack. No food until then. My weight loss on this window fasting (20.5/ 3.5) is extremely slow. Now 52.8kg I am waiting for the weight loss to begin in earnest. 11 days left to fast every day like this. Then the next lot of guests from the UK will arrive.
It is summer and sunny and warm here.
I had a serious slump mid afternoon, dinner time couldn't come fast enough. I've gone slightly over but I've had an active day, so I'm content that I've created a big enough deficit today. Good luck to anyone still fasting :clover:
