Hi everyone

Just wrapping up my fast day for Tuesday. Some veggies at lunch time, and veggies and a Quorn schnitzel for dinner, with raspberries and chia pudding for dessert. And several cups of tea!
All the best for those jumping in up in the northern hemisphere today. :clover:
I'm in!!

It's the first day of school and I'm so happy I could sing! My husband and son are both out of the house! I don't have to cook for anyone <3 This will be my first almost proper fast day since June.


I'm doing a modified fast day in that I'm fasting until dinner, but then I'm not calorie counting. I'm going to have a serving of "crack slaw" (Asian cabbe stir fry) from the low carb high fat site my doctor recommended, but I"m guessing it's closer to 800 or 900 calories than 600. I'll do my best to eat slowly and stop when full. But until dinner, I'm limiting myself to my two espressos with 1/2 tablespoon heavy cream each (done and done), black tea (hot or iced) and water.
I did also fast during Tuesday. My computer was just doing a major download, so I could not write yesterday. My fast went OK. :smile:
My fast didn't go as planned, but at least I stayed low carb. I picked my inlaws up at the airport, and they offered to take me and my son out to lunch. My son said yes, excitedly, before I could say a word so I just went with them and had a lovely low carb salad.

I'll try again tomorrow -- tehre's a big event for a friend tonight which will be hard enough to stick to low carb let alone 500 calories.
