Hello,
I'm back here to try and get myself back into a fasting frame of mind. I am now back at the weight I was before I started fasting in 2013, and while I know 3 weeks before Christmas is a dreadful time to start a weight loss program, that is exactly what I'm doing. I have some low calories vegetable soup for lunch and a supermarket ready meal with salad for dinner. It will come in at around 500 cals. On my non fasting days I'm going to go low carb.
My goal is to lose 2 st before my birthday next May.
Hope your fast went well! Unfortunately, almost everything goes out the window for me at this time of year. Too much to do and too much stress! But I'll hopefully get back on the wagon with a vengeance after New Year's. My birthday is at the end of March and I'll be trying to lose about 15 pounds by them. (Depending what my weight is after the holidays!
