Fasting today Tuesday 7 August

Hi Folks,

I am fasting today. Low-fat yoghurt and veggie soup, that's the plan. Anyone joining me?

Josie50
I hope your day went well @Josie50.
It wasn’t a fasting day for me but I did get some exercise in.
:clover:
I am also fasting today, @josie50, although I have just eaten five plums from one of our trees - which was not what I planned to do at all! :curse: No lunch for me and then oven baked fish, three new potatoes and some veg - haven't decided what yet - to look forward to for dinner this evening. I try to keep my fast day meals as close to 'normal ' as possible so don't count calories - just guesstimate!

Have a good day. Stay strong!
In theory?
Oh wow! Great to see a few of you fasting today. How's it going?

Bean
I'm in too. 5K run, done; backyard weeds, whacked. Dinner is still a mystery, maybe Vietnamese.
