Well BruceE and I are not in for a fast day per se, just a light day. We're aiming for about 1000 calories or so. Tomorrow is our splurge day with wonderful Indian/Pakistani food so we have incentive to behave today. For dinner I have some lovely cod and I'll make a huge pile of my spicy green beans/string beans/haricots vert.
I'm in today for a proper fast, last week went well so I'm planning to replicate it again this week - the joy of having meals ready in the freezer
Fasting today too. Difficult today - had a Fast Day yesterday too - it's the only way I can fit them in this week. Hmmm. Might fall over.
Ugh, I'm sorry Babyfish. Back to back fasting is definitely difficult.
Thank God for black coffee!!!
