Fasting today Tuesday 9 June

Good morning all, I will kick this off today as I have switched from my normal Monday fast day due to the public holiday in NSW yesterday. I find it much easier to fast on work days. Have a good day all you Tuesday fasters and thanks for letting me drop in. This is one of the things I like most about this WOL - it allows you the flexibility to adjust it to your lifestyle.
Nothing but tea, coffee and water today until smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, avocado and tomatoes for dinner after my Pilates class.
Fasting as well - my fasting days always change lol.
That sounds delicious! Have a good day, too. It's 3am here, but I sort of got caught up in things so I doubt I'll be going to bed any time soon (I know that's a bad thing to do...but I'm a night owl and don't have anything to do tomorrow).
Here as ever and fasting along with @Pilchards and @Flic. Looking forward to feeling lighter and brighter tomorrow. Meanwhile I am busy. Prawns with a salad tonight. Have a good day all fellow fasters!
Good morning Tuesday fasters,
I'm doing Tuesday this week - my fast days tend to shift around a bit as well ..
Black coffee for breakfast and then ... hopefully just water, herbal tea and maybe a bit of broth later on ...

I'm in too. Sorry it's so late. Good fast so far. Chicken and vege soup bubbling away now. Can't wait.

I am fasting today as well. Noting but black tea and herb tea and water so far. I always write at this time of the fast day, when I am waiting for the clock to be 14:00, so I can go for our afternoon walk, and then afternoon tea after that around 15:00. I allow myself milk with that tea, so it is a fast day treat. Low Carb hamburger coming up for supper. Hubby having a bun with it. Me, Chinese leaf forming two sides of the burger. Salad on the side. I am very busy cleaning house for all our visitors. Scrubbing floors and washing windows etc, etc. I have just realized that I have two more Tuesdays to fast before my daughter and husband arrive. Because, though they arrive on a Tuesday, the boat they are taking from Åland Islands wont be here until 21:00. So I'll have all day time to fast and clean... They are taking the scenic route London- Stockholm-Åland-our Finnish island. Yea, I live on an island!
And then there are the regular Thursday fasts as well. I hope this works. I was 52.6 kg this morning.
I'm joining you for the first part of the day! It was going to be a 'proper' fast but I've just discovered that there is going to be food at WI tonight and we are all expected to participate! It is the one meeting of the year which the non-committee members organise as a surprise for those of us on the Committee and it would be very rude to not join in!
Although I am maintaining I have eaten a lot of cake (and other carbs) over the last three days and thought that a fast would be a good idea. Should have planned a better day for it! Never mind, there's always, Thursday or Friday!

Yes, very late to join, but I'm in for my usual fastday of the week. Keep up the good work, perhaps you don't need to wait too long to get some food today...
In the meantime, there is always coffee or some mini-tomatoes
I'll be fasting today too. I've had a couple of cups of black coffee, herbal tea, and water. Started my morning with a 3 mile walk. I plan to have some chicken broth or miso soup in the afternoon. for dinner, my husband and I will have our favorite fast day dinner: Trader Joe Turkey burgers with grilled onions on Arnold sandwich thin bread, probably with a salad on the side.
I'll be Fasting as well...my day is almost over but I have eaten only 520 cal so I am pretty happy with that. I have NEVER actually fasted around the 500 cal mark, I happen to Always snack and end up at 800 calories on a fast day (which is also damn good) but is not really in keeping with the program. I will feel so proud when this day has ended and I have succeeded!

....and that's me ending the day after no cheating snd staying at 520 cal. Yay me!

I managed to stick to my 'no calories at all' but I might change this in the future as I seem to wake up exhausted and grumpy... Changes as soon as I have breakfast, but it's not great... :bugeyes:
