Good Morning,
Anyone else joining me for a Fast today.
I did 2 fasts last week and very consciously kept my carbs down all week. I lost 4lbs only for a pound of that to slip back on after too much wine at the weekend.
Good luck Tuesday fasters :clover:
Hi Sian's,I know what you mean the wine and drinks on the weekend is always my undoing but that's life
Hello @sians - firstly, well done on dropping the 4lbs! Even if a pound went back on, that's still a great loss (oh yes, I can do the maths!) however you look at it...

I'll be with you for the next 4 hours or so...as I'm doing 16:8 at the moment. Once you've got thru the morning, I find the rest of the day is easier to cope with. Yesterday, I was going to a dinner party at 7pm, so decided not to eat til then. I had a few rumbles thru the day, but kept drinking lots & tried not to think of it! It worked fine.

Best of luck xx
Hello everyone
I'm in today. Usually fast on Mondays and Thursday's but yesterday was a family outing and picnic followed by a meal out (and wine...it's my undoing too @Sian!)
At least this WOE gives us a way to adapt and live 'real' life...thankfully!!
