Good luck to all us Terrific Tuesday fasting folks! X
Sometimes I do feel like I am wishing my Fast days away, they tend to be days when I work my longest shifts at work, don't drink and go to bed early! I have decided I need to plan at least one thing on the day to look forward to so I have bought my favourite girly magazine and I am going to read this tonight
I guess I should really remember that it is only two days a week and not the constant misery of weight watchers or similar!! I do love this WOL and its flexibility but I do also totally love food and eating and look forward immensely to treats!!
I am currently working on getting fitter but after this I must work on finding things to look forward to other than food and alcohol!! Maybe the two should be combined?!
Look you have set me off now with this getting carried away malarkey!!! I had best go back to bothering @Lizbean with all my ramblings - I don't think she realised what she signed up for!!
Bean
We've had a short evening walk tonight looking at the bluebells, it's a lovely evening but rather chilly.
We're about to watch "The Trip to Italy" which may not be the best thing on a fasting day, given the subject (Italian Food).
Good luck to those of you in more western time zones who still have longer to go.

@nursebean thanks for looking after buddy @spanner - Woof, she went AWOL for a short time (birthday bender in The Lakes, you know special treats like Grasmere ginger biscuits (heaven)and champagne! (indigestion). Hey buddy spanner - I'll see you in the buddy tent. Girlie mags eh? I saw this message just as I was leaving home to ....... see you in the buddy tent! Lizbean Hope you Tuesday fasters had a great day.
Came home without a dress but on the bright side of things, having shed two & a half stone so far, the dress-trying-on-process was not as traumatic as it would have been 4 months ago! Just a shame that I don't like sleeveless black short dresses, or sleeveless bright blotchy coloured short dresses.....could've had any number of them today!
Well done my fellow fasters! Xxx
Well done to those of you who have made it through the day successfully and for those of you who may have 'wobbled' - don't worry, there's always another day!
