I've got to lunchtime - that's the hard part over! After fasting till 2.30pm my 180 calorie lunch is quite wonderful & carries me through till a light dinner.

Do you choose to be home to fast Tracieknits, or is that where you always are? I plan my fastdays around when I can work from home - I simply cannot imagine dealing with the office on an empty stomach ... and there are office birthdays & other celebrations practically weekly, I don't have the strength to say no - in fact, I'm generally the first in the kitchen when someone utters the magic word cake!
Yippeeeeeee DONE :victory: Venison steak with cabbage and butter for dinner, was lush
Not a bad fast day, now full of fish and steamed veg. Probably doing tomorrow as well, so see you tomorrow.

First off, I love your name! I have a Xena @WarriorPrincess action figure on the windowsill in my kitchen!

I don't work, so I don't have much choice about where I fast.

Lunch was great - it was real Jewish chicken soup and it was self-serve, so I could ladle mostly just chicken broth with a little bit of onion, celery, carrot, parsley and chicken. I said "no thanks" to the matzoh balls.
I've been in today; switched my light day from Monday. Yesterday I had a job interview and between worrying about that and the Seahawks loss  , I slept maybe two hours. I made it through the morning, but once I got home I felt so horrible from sleep deprivation I just said, I'll fast tomorrow! and had some eggs. Made it through today alright, going to have a frozen yogurt bar in just a bit.
