Fasting today, Tuesday, July 21
21 Jul 2015, 02:37
Good lord. July is almost over.

Anyway…. I had parties both Friday and Saturday, so I'm fasting Sun Tue Thu again. Anyone else in today?
I'm here too. Have a good and mindful day @MaryAnn and fellow fasters!
Hello @MaryAnn and @Katharina
I'm in today as well - you are right, July has been one party after another... last one this coming weekend ... and then it's almost August.
I'm glad to be fasting today as my stomach clearly isn't happy with the whole bar of Ritter Sport whole nut and pint of IPA approach to dinner
Me and my colleagues are taking a bunch of parents and kids to the beach today to do some nature art, den building, rock pooling etc. so fasting should be easy ... hope the weather holds - we are having a decidedly crap summer up here!
Have a great fast everybody! :clover:
