Hi everyone! No one else up? Perhaps the clock is way ahead here in Norway, but if its okey, I`ll start the fasting day post:)
I weighed in today, wich showed that I have lost 1,5 kg since I started 26th of february, allmost to weeks ago.
I think that is reasonable  Allso, my waist is shrinking! I love that! :)
Yesterday I challenged my self. I have never been a person who enjoyes exerzise, but I have been doing yoga and pilates since november. Yesterday I took a double, starting with 60 minutes of Boost, an insane program! Followed by 60 minutes of pilates. I will have to ration my stair-walking at work today. Haha...
Allso, I think this fasting day is going to be the easiest one so far. I just feel it:)
Have a great day everyone!
@Norwegian_girl I'll join you for a Tuesday fast, usually a quieter one on the forum.
Well done on your weight loss, shrinking waist and renewed vigour. You sound truly motivated. Go you :)
I wish I had your positive attitude about today's fast, I woke up dreading mine. I won't give up on it I just think I'm gonna suffer this one :(. Hate fasts like this, hard work from the moment you get up!
 You were just ahead as I started my topic, I will try to delete mine:
Non of you fasters awake yet? So it's up to one of the old guys to start it today. I'm in after a long break and weight creeping up very slowly. Have a happy fastday
Today is my very first fasting day. Hopefully I won't be too hungry

Thanks Minsmum for the peptalk:) I appreciate it:)
I know what you meen by a bad start, though. It sucks waking up STARVING and realizing it is a fast day. Did that last week.
But after workout ended late yesterday, I hade to eat before I got to bed, so I had salmon and egg on bread. Lots of protein. Accectly what I needed, hoping it would keep me full in the next morning:) And then I finnished of with a piece of cake, haha...
I hope your day goes well!
Hi, I'm in today, had a week off last week for various reasons, at least I did get lots of exercise in. Feeling good so far today, just had two coffees with skimmed milk.

Welcome and good luck @Hercath, hope it goes well :clover:
I'm here as ever, and hope everyone has a good fast day. Tuesdays are a bit less populated here, but Good luck @Hercath on your first one! :like:
I really enjoy my own fast days and dinner soon comes into focus. The trick for me is to keep busy and enjoy getting so much done without even thinking about eating. On hand: lemon tea, and fizzy water.

I'm now doing 4:3. (Fasting oTues, Fri, Sun). This is partly to do better between fasts, but also to get me motivated and moving some weight to tick off the very last bit of loss to reach the goal I'd like to achieve. (I have lived comfortably and successfully with 5:2 for over 2 years.) Then Maintain which would be so Marvellous. From recent experience I think I could be ok at maintaining using 5:2. It's so nice to be able to tweak and adjust while enjoying lovely foods. :clover:

Sorted.
Hi all, I'm in today too. going OK so far (really busy which is helping). Going to have to get some exercise done later as I've been plateauing for a few weeks now so want to kickstart things again!

Hope everyone is having a good one :clover:
Been in today! Blanked on posting earlier in the day.

Just had oven roasted teriyaki salmon with veggies, which was tasty! Been a utterly crazy few days what with work, wedding planning, my mum... at least it's a beautiful day here and the sun has been sparkling. Lots of spring flowers are peeking out and it feels GREAT!

Warm wishes to the sparkly, lovely fast day folks :)

Now.. off to Poundland to buy 60 batteries....
