Here I am fasting again. And wishing i could eat something. I am finding fasting harder again. :starving: I must remember my motto of 'Keep going'. there will be some more weight loss soon, I think. I really wish to get past the 66 kg mark... :doh:
Hi @Margotsylvia - you might be suffering fasting fatigue - as you know, I am in awe of how often you have been fasting - If fasting continues to be difficult, do consider taking a short break from fasting and just concentrate on eating nutritiously according to hunger (I know, I know, I am a broken record on this...). You might find that eating normally for a week may help the fasting become more effective once you start again.

I have managed a standard 5:2 fast day today. So far. But given it is almost 10pm I am hopeful that I can manage the rest of the day without indulging. :victory: :clover: :smile:
