I complained to a doctor friend that I did not lose any weight. In fact I was gaining and getting extremely close to 70 kg!! She wondered whether I was still "comfort eating", so I gave up my daily ice-cream and nightly chocolate. I also stopped my nightly Burana and yogurt and prunes. And lo and behold I AM LOSING WEIGHT. I am back now to the famous 67.9 kg. But this time I was happy to see that 'low' figure!
