Fasting today Wed 22nd April

It can't just be me today, can it?
After yesterdays fast that didn't happen ( it was gooood), I'm in today continuing the DODO challenge, all be it minus one fast.
Who's joining me?
Me, it's Wednesday so it's part of my regular 4:3.

:clover: to us all.
I'm here as usual. Just got up so not sure how the day is going yet! :sleepy:
I'm sort of in today instead of tomorrow as I am going to be a lady that lunches. Will be having a lasagne for dinner with grated carrot.
I'm in today, for my second and final 5:2 day of the week. It's nice to be all done and dusted by the end of Wednesday, I have nothing but admiration for everyone doing ADF or DODO as I think I'd be rubbish at it!

Have a good one everybody
Well according to my tracker today I have so far done 147680 steps and burnt 2530 cals. Which is great but I feel tired.
I am having chicken curry and poppadom for dinner as I have oven troubles. I did have some cashew nuts at lunch with my coffee but apart from tht have managed a sort of fast day so great. Looking forward to my lunch out tomorrow though.
I've been in today. Nothing all day except black tea until just now when I had a lovely salad with sprouted lentils/peas, home-made honey mustard dressing, home grown boiled egg and feta cheese! Going out now to a short meeting, so drinking chocolate to look forward to later. Let's hope that the evening 'munchies' don't strike! It always seems such a waste if that happens after a good fast day!
Hello @brand-ie - I totally understand your anticipation re tomorrow's lunch! I have been a lady who lunches today (am a DODO at the moment) and thoroughly enjoyed being off the hook! We went to a new pub and it was a little gem - utterly scrumptious food, which I ate with great reverence....not to mention enjoyment! The puddings looked way too good to pass on (!) so before I knew it, I was cradling a squidgy warm chocolate brownie & ice cream......oops! But boy, was it good...and the memory of it will definitely help me get through tomorrow's fast......honest!

Enjoy tomorrow - I will be thinking of you!

PS. Can I please have just a few brownie points for not having the fish & chips today????? Or maybe half a gold star......
@Hazelnut20, you were on a non-fast day, so you certainly deserve a whole gold star! :star: The brownies and ice cream sound delicious and I hope that you enjoyed every mouthful! As for fish and chips - they're not too bad as an occasional treat. I'm lucky because I don't particularly enjoy the batter, so end up leaving most of it - the chips, however, are a different matter!
I am just on the forum whiling away a couple of hours until bed-time. If I sit in front of the TV, I shall want to eat something, so the sitting room is out of bounds at the moment!
I have the opposite problem not keen on the fish love the batter

I think I will have a ham and cheese panini and some french fries. Not sure about a dessert as never been to the place before.
Hope everyone is having/had a good day. :clover:  :clover:
I'm fasting tomorrow, so how lucky are you? Enjoy your TDEE.
