Hello everybody. I am very happy today, because Lent is finally here. It is this idea of 'feasting and fasting'. Easter is later this year so Lent also started quite late . in March! I have been 'feasting' for quite some time and am feeling quite round. So now finally I can FAST. I am already feeling so much better  . I'll do my window fasting until Easter. that means my eating window is just over 3 hours from 15:00 - 18:15 or so. In this regime I am allowed to eat more normally on Sundays. Being so fat now I am thinking of fasting through some Sundays. But right away on the 5th, I am doing a public presentation, so I think I'd better eat that Sunday, so as to keep my thoughts together for sure. Anyone else doing something special for Lent?
I hope your fasting days are going well @Margotsylvia. At least now I know there will be someone fasting with me on my Fast days!
