I'm in today for my second fast of the week.

However, work has slowed down massively for me and I do not have much to do which seems to make me even more hungry!
Hi guys
I am fasting today too. My eating yesterday was so out of control, I am quite stressed at the moment because we are moving house and I know I am a comfort eater so I feel quite relieved to be fasting today. I never thought I would say that! But it sort of wipes the slate clean for me and hopefully on Thursday I can have a healthier day of eating normally.
I weighed myself on Monday and I don't do that very often, but since the last time I stepped on the scales (approx 2 months ago) I have lost a stone!! I am so happy with that and now I only have another stone to lose until I am back to my wedding weight.
I normally self-sabotage after a weightloss but hopefully not this time x
I'm in too. Very cold, rainy and grey in cornwall and devon today which compliments my mood well :(
Good Morning, count me in today!
I'm in today! It was my birthday last week and I was home in Scotland - managed to put 2 pounds on, so am hoping I get rid of that this week!

I'm not usually hungry in the morning but today I'm ravenous, trying to stave off the hunger pangs with another black coffee and maybe some soda water with a twist of lime in a bit!

Good luck to everyone fasting today :clover:

I am going without food until dinner time - what about everyone else? I have a miso soup in my bag for emergencies!
Lovely sunshine here in South Lincolnshire at the moment and very little wind (a rare occurrence in the flat Fens!), so I am off into the garden very soon - once I have had my first fix of the Forum for the day!

I am now on maintenance but two weeks of our daughter and two young grandchildren visiting us have meant no fasts and lots of food. They flew back to Germany last night, so my husband and I are back to fasting today. I predict a grumpy husband by lunchtime! :frown: Even grumpier when he remembers that there is no food until this evening! :curse:

Good luck to everyone fasting today. Onwards and downwards! :clover:
Hi, I'm in today, had plenty of wine and cake at the weekend, and ate lots yesterday as gave blood. I did manage to have a cycle and run on Monday evening though. Hoping to just stick to coffee with skimmed milk for the day, then see how I feel tonight.

Sunny but not too warm in London.

Good luck to everyone.
I'm in today, my last fast was Sunday (I fast every 3 days). The next one should be Saturday, but as I am having a weekend away at the UK Vapefest (all things e-cig related) with hubby, meeting friends and generally having a good time, Saturday will NOT be happening, nor will Sunday as I am going to enjoy the hotel breakfast.
I am also going to do 16:8 for Thursday and Friday to compensate for only having 1 fast this week.
Well I would be joining in today as was planning a 4:3 week after the hols but I've decided (surprise surprise) to scrap that and stick to good old 5:2 - I'm in no rush to lose weight and they say 4:3 doesn't automatically speed it up anyway. We might be doing a long walk in the hills on Saturday so I don't think that would be good for my energy levels straight after a fast day so fasting tomorrow instead.

Hope everyone has a good day!
I am joining all of you wonderful peeps fasting today. Today is this's weeks 2nd fast and I am on 4:3 this week (fast 3 is Friday)

I am looking forward to a BBQ I am attending tomorrow (can't stop thinking about that Steak!

Good Luck to my fellow fasters.

Hi Egduf, I am giving blood tomorrow evening, following a BBQ lunch that I plan to really enjoy prior to my donation, followed by the obligatory biscuits after the donation!
I'm in today. 4:3-ing this week as I actually saw a downward movement on my scales and am hoping to 'consolidate it' this week! Doing it again on Fri. Just having lunch - it's a tiny ready meal at just under 300 cals (beef & ale casserole with a dumpling!)It really is small so I'm eating it with a teaspoon to make it last longer LOL.
Hello Fasters,
I'm in today too. This is my first 4:3 as I'm going out of town next week and don't quite know how ill get my fasts in. I had planned to go for a bike ride this morning but just don't have the energy. Trying to deal with a lot of family turmoil that is draining me. I know in my mind that doing something active would have been much more beneficial than sitting here but the little devil on my left shoulder won the battle. I have a busy day once I get going so I will plow through.
Good luck to all of you. Lucky Aussies, NZs, Hong Kongers and anyone else on the other side of the globe. You are about to start your non-fast day. I love that!
Zasha
2nd fast of the week and then one more to go on Friday! Then let the cake and chocolate begin
