Hello everyone. First time I've ever started the fasting today thread
Where is everyone?
Saw the horrendous rain and snow in Sydney on the news. Hope everyone is not to cold down there.
Good luck everyone, whether finishing your day or just starting it,
I'm in today - just easier with this weeks schedule. Good luck to everyone who joins in today...
Looks like a quiet fasting day here on the forum! Hey ho, im in with black coffee and water until dinner tonight.
Good morning

I am in today as well also not sure how well I am going to do today. Had another sleepless night and now a painkiller hangover. :curse: I am going to have a cuppa with some food to see if it will sort this out for me. Might become more of a low calorie day than a real fast day.

Anyway enough complaining. Good luck to everyone else :clover:

If this day isn't working at all I'll just have to try again on Friday.
I am here too today. Lots of black tea and coffee and of course, miso soup, coming up. Good luck everyone. :like: :clover:
:clover: good luck wondrous wednesday fastees! X
One of my usual 4:3 days so I'm in - another early start so late reporting in. :)
Good Luck to fellow Wednesday fasters. :clover:
I'm in! No run again this morning, am starting to get worried about my ankle. Having a fairly pants day so far so am having a well earned lie down whilst the girls have their afternoon nap. It's not affecting my eating though, fast days are Monday's and Wednesday's and that's that! Going to have a stir fry for dinner but might get some red meat for once, am contemplating picking up some venison from a nearby farm shop as the calories are very low

Might pop out shopping to IKEA this evening to keep my mind off food, I'm making the dreaded change from cots to beds in the next few weeks so have lots to buy
A bit late in the day, but I Fasted today. It went quite well and I am now feeling really full after a Waitrose Love Life ready meal and a big bowl of steamed vegetables.
The forecasted rain didn't happen here so we did a 6 mile walk via a pub where I had a Diet Coke and then got stuck into some garden clearing.
I'm considering Fasting tomorrow as well but that will depend on how well I sleep tonight. It can't be Friday as we are going on a vineyard tour and tasting and possibly lunch. :clover:
Thoroughly enjoyed dinner which was a pleasant end to the FD. I've also identified an adult gymnastics class that I might attend next Monday - the focus of the class is the handstand and balance work and I'd enjoy that. I've been incrementally lengthening the time that I can hold a plank (currently >4mins) and I've been working on a handstand for some months (still nowhere near an independent on - I have a wall-assisted one). I think a class might give me some useful insights and experience that will help me to progress.
It's good that Monday is typically a FD for my 4:3 as it lessens the risk of any queasiness whilst upside down or trying out new techniques. :)
