Just back from my evening paddle - we've probably only got one or two more weeks in which we can do this before we have to stop - I'll miss it so much but it's been thoroughly enjoyable.

I'll have to find another physical activity for Wednesday evenings until I have the surgery :)

All in all, it's been a good FD.

Best wishes to other fasters and those with many more hours to go. :clover:
I've fasted today - stuffed after my dinner of gammon, 2 eggs and a few chips!
Another good fast for me. Overeating on the days inbetween though so not managed to lose the weight gained over the holidays yet. Still managing low carb most of the time though :)
I'm on my way to bed with a mug of marigold bouillon. First one back after hols has not been too easy but I've done it!
Marigold bouillon - sounds interesting - can't imagine what it must taste like though!
Another good fast day nearly over. I'm glad I don't do alternate day fasting except before vacations, though. Two fasts in three days is a bit of a stress. But now I have this week's fasts done and I'll do next week's fasts on Saturday and Tues and then enjoy my food for 6 straight days. Wahoo!
@Peebles, I am with you. I've done M and Th fasting for the last 4 weeks but did M and W this week (as my husband was out of town tonight and it's SO much easier for me to do this when I don't have to think about feeding him and the kids "normally"). I discovered that it's WAY harder to do alternate day-- I was truly ravenous for the first time since starting this journey a month ago! Still, I suppose it's nice to think that I have 4 full "normal" days ahead-- I got it done and out of the way for the week!
@madcatlady Marigold bouillon is a veg stock powder that comes in a tub rather than in cubes. Easier to make a drink with in some ways. Not as exciting as it sounds as if it might be! When I am hungry I find a salty drink at bedtime seems to fill me up a bit.
aah - so not flowery then! I must re-stock on Bovril - I find that easier to dissolve than Oxo cubes!
