Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Late in the day to be starting the thread - 8.10pm here. I have been fasting today. Went to work, had a salad of smoked fish, cucumber and tomato. Then chicken vegetable soup for dinner. Feeling ok, but looking for that extra sweet treat: perhaps a single chocolate would hit the spot? Or perhaps it would make me want another one. Who else is fasting today. I like doing Monday/ Wednesday because it gets it out of the way and I can enjoy the rest of the week.
I'm also late to the party. I've just eaten. Now for a bit of TV , get through the night and like @Sallyo I'll have 4 normal days ahead of me
I'm so crazy busy I hardly post anymore. I'm still regularly fasting, though, if not as strictly as before. And I fasted today.
Great to see you@MaryAnn!
