In today my 3rd of the week did Sunday and Monday. today I met a friend and we shared a yummy warm walnut and date scone but I recon if I have nothing else until a prawn salad at 7pm then I will be within my 500 calories. DH and I are heading down to Glasgow to babysit for no 3 son who works in the same bank as his wife so they have the same staff night out. I always over indulge when I am down there . I will try to behave this time. Hope you all have a successful day :clover:
I'm going to have to abandon today - my first fail.

I've done really well, ate a light lunch (200 calories), but I just got contacted by a friend I haven't seen in a while and she's in town and wants to meet up for dinner. Even if I'm really good, I won't be able to stick to 300calories

See you fasters tomorrow - the beauty of 5:2, flexibility!!
