Just sat through a morning tea, staying strong while all manner of Easter treats were on offer (will not describe here!).
Finally, just getting back to my pre-xmas, pre-injury weight, so do not want to blow it all in an excessive Easter.
Also coming off a nasty cold which helped me eat less overall, but made me unable to exercise as usual. Got back to usual weights and running from yesterday.
Will allow some lattitude during four days away but will try to stick with windows and be sensible in my indulgences and get some walks/runs in.
