I could probably just copy my post from last Wednesday!

I am potentially fasting today, it's mid afternoon and I have just had a raw carrot and am having a black coffee before resuming the house cleaning.

Wednesday's are generally good for me for fasting, as I am busy all day, but if I do feel very hungry, I won't push myself. Apart from a little bit more chocolate than I should probably have, my food management over the past week has been fine.

Best wishes and good luck to any other fasters! :clover:
I am fasting today, back onto IF after a long break (it started getting too hard with no results) and I have been eating mainly low carb which has kept my weight stable but one too many nut binges have put my weight up by a few pounds so I am fasting again to gain some control. This is my second fast day, the first was on Sunday as I was working and was too busy to think about food and it was all pretty easy.
I'm fasting today. It's good to get one in before Thanksgiving...
