I'm in for my second fast of the week. Good Luck everyone. :clover:
Yes I'm in as well. Its funny I usually do Tue/Thur but for some reason this week I've done Monday (liquid fast) and doing today!
Anyway, I had a great chicken stew yesterday so in for repair today. I'm painting my mother-in-laws bathroom tommorrow so extra exercise.
Good luck for today :clover:
I'm fasting too today :)
I'm in today too. I had planned Tues/Thurs but have switched to another 6:1 as my weekend away didn't do the damage I had anticipated.
Drinking Chicken Bovril to stave off the hunger pangs till my dinner of left over roast chicken and a portion of my frozen Butternut squash curry. Good luck to everyone else :clover:
Hi all,
I fasted today, and is now bedtime. Yeah! Hope the day went well for those whose day is almost over, and that it goes well for those still in the early hours of the day.
Wed not my normal fasting day, but just felt like it today - I am away from home so out of my normal routine, and thought, why not?
:D
I am in too today and is going well so far. I also fasted yesterday so today is always a little tougher. Weigh in at Slimming world is tonight so I have that on Wednesdays to keep me going.

Good luck all xx
First fast today for a week and I'm getting hungry as too many carbs this past week on holiday. I think watching GBBO on catch up was a mistake
I'm in that "dead period" - dinner not quite ready, but nothing to be done to it just wait. I can't remember the last time I managed 2 proper fasts in a week. Maybe next week, as I don't fancy a back-to-back fast tomorrow.
17 mins and counting :starving:
I've been fasting today, I'm just about to start dinner, it's gone quite well so far and I haven't really felt hungry. Now I just have to not eat anything when I'm making dinner and that'll be my second fast day of the week done, yay!
Cauliflower curry never tasted so good   herb tea now and early night.
Fasting today, 45 minutes to go and tomorrow. This month I have mostly been doing 4:3in a 2-1 formation will let you know if it has an effect on weightloss. Probably won't!
I succeeded in completing today's fast.
I have had a small KFC toasted wrap with extra light mayo and 1 x 4oz glass of wine. Total of approx 440cals  KFC was because it was 9pm and I'd not had chance to eat and my daughter had to nip into work (KFC supervisor) and brought me it back.
Getting weighed this morning to find I'd still managed to shift 1lb with only 1 fast in 11 days has spurred me on. I've only got 2lb to get my BMI 27 target! Plus 1/2" off my waist
Big smiles to everyone tonight x

My fast day is over thank goodness and now off to bed. Good luck to those of you who have a few hour still to go.
