I am just about at the end of my fast day - second one this week. I often do my second fast on Thursday, but tomorrow we have a farewell at work and there will be cake!
Yesterday was a crazy 40 Celsius here - and a hot night for sleeping. So tonight the kitchen is closed and I will have an early night to remove me from pantry temptations!
Thank you for the crème fraiche tips @Sallyo - you make it sound easy.

Good luck to everyone else fasting today.
Me too @MerryMelb, Wednesday fast day done and dusted. Hard day. Felt out of my depth at work, back pain, raging hunger. I'm glad to go to bed and tomorrow is another day. And creme fraiche is easy! It's so easy!
Me three. Also a run, elliptical and stationary bike time for something around a 1,000 calorie burn (16 miles).
