Him in today and as I've done so well I may be having a fairy cake this evening and a hit chocloate.
Oxo, babybel light, tea, small portion of aubergin with bolognaise sauce and a handful of prawns.

Actually, it's not that hard, go for a piece of chicken with a lovely sauce on like Gorgonzola, or fish.

Eat and be merry.
Back from my serene and lovely night time paddle. The clear skies held so we could see the stars - just idyllic. :)

Unless something untoward happens in the next 2 hrs 15mins - this has been a good, peaceful fast day.

Good luck to others closing out their day or with many more hours to go.
Hope all went well for (the few) the Wed fasters. :)

Great to hear that Mon went well, @Maggiee, trust it was the same for Wed. :)

@judithn, congrats on the liquid fast - if you can manage it, it does stop the calories creeping up on a fast day! :)
I'm still hanging in there but I did have to eat an apple before lunch. Luckily I was going to have it with my lunch so it worked out. I have been fighting headaches all day on and off. I search it on here and had some broth and that helped for a little while. Supper is coming up soon and that should help. We are heading to church tonight, which will keep me busy the rest of the night.
I managed a 20/4 day with fluid fasting til then but had a carb splurge yesterday day post fast. Oh well it was a non fast day ............ still ............ :frown:

Yes @Sue.Q we live on the edge of a forest so have interesting visitors. Since our big dog Maxie RIP no one patrols the perimeters so today just now a family of small grey kangaroos mum dad and little one in the pouch have had a feed on the grass down the back

Am just heading out into the garden with my cuppa to check the veggie patches and inspect what seedlings may have succumbed to the snails.

Wondering if to fast or not today. Taking some choc cake to where I am heading for morning tea so think not...... maybe a better idea to fast again tomorrow and would be 3rd this week. Results aren't spectacular :dazed:
